What You Need to Know

We founded M.A.N. Made Corals with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. Covid 19 Policies and Procedures

- Once your order has been placed. A picture of your order will be sent to you for your confirmation.

- All pick up orders are curbside only

- Please contact us should you have any questions our Covid19 Policies and Procedure

 

ORDERS

- Due to the nature of this business, all sales are final
- We cannot guarantee on color accuracy for colors may vary based on your aquarium hardware, water parameters, and such.

- Please contact us should you have any questions about your order

LOCAL PICK UP

​

- Pick up location is in Milton Ontario Canada

- Please allow approximately 3 business days for us to prepare your order 

-  Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will contact you for pick up time and location.

- Please contact us should you have any questions about picking up your order.

SHIPPING

​

-  We ship Canada wide via FedEx

- Orders received Thursday, and Friday, will ship on Monday of the following week

- Orders received on the weekend will be ship on Tuesday of the following week

- We are NOT responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages during the time of transit.

- Please contact us should you have any questions about our shipping policies.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES


- Shipping Inside of Ontario is a flat rate of $35.00 via Overnight FedEx
- Outside of Ontario is flat $65.00 for Overnight Fedex 
- Free overnight shipping on orders over $350.00 for Ontario , and $450.00 for the rest of Canada

- We do not ship outside of Canada at the moment

- Please contact us should you have any questions about our shipping and handling fees.

DOA (Dead On Arrival) Guarantee


- DOA must be declared 2hrs from the time your package has been received.

- You will have to provide us a clear picture of the dead coral and the condition of the shipping box.

- Purchaser must be present to accept the package when delivered.

- Failure to do any of the above will void the DOA Guarantee.

- DOA Guarantee does not apply should the package be delayed, lost, or stolen during the shipping.

- No refunds will be provided for the shipping charges

- Store credit will be returned to the purchaser if a replacement cannot be provided for the value of the claimed coral minus shipping charges.
